Out of the mouths of babes....or is God just trying to get through that head of yours?

I love reading your blogs!! I wish that I was that creative. However, I must confess that as "one of the guys", I'd fit better in your orderly world. After all, as a trained Industrial Engineer in synchronous manufacturing, poke yoke, and Six Sigma, "a place for everything, and everything in its place." It reminded me of the visual mgmt technique I had with the dry erase markers and eraser on the ledge. I put color end marks so that anyone would "clearly" see which marker went where and which one was missing. The office staff would have "fun" with me by either pushing the markers out of their assigned "parking spots" of taking one to see how long before I noticed. The entire staff had a blast when then compared my office to the office manager's next to mine, especially when I took some masking tape to show them how to mark where things were to go --- even her cheek spots on her office chair ;-)

I hope that Blaine is surviving whatever surgery he had even if he can't find his medicine.

My hubby and I are polar opposites too! I literally start to twitch if there is clutter and disorganization. Oddly enough I *never* used to be this way, I came to this side of the fence after I had kids...

I have to thank you as well, I keep "bonding" with my boys by "helping" them clean up and organize all their toys and blocks in their bedroom, and I just realized they never play with it that way until someone comes along and dumps everything out. Your son is brilliant and thank him as well for giving me new perspective. :D

Hubby and I are polar opposites when it comes to clean up...I do it right away...he does it in the last hour of his last day off...there are bald patches on my head from pulling my hair out rather than killing him.
